Challenge of managing rising remittance

Nepal is getting dependent on remittance income in the recent years. Around 450,000 youths go abroad for employment every year, which is equal to the work force produced by the country. This means that the country currently almost does not create any new job which was evident recently by the crowd thronging to apply for the temporary policemen to be deployed for the upcoming Constituent Assembly (CA) election.
